Refunds are not guaranteed. Requests may be considered at the sole discretion of the project operator prior to funds being irreversibly committed.

Nature of Contributions

Contributions made through ClearFund are voluntary and non-refundable by default. They are not investments, do not constitute the purchase of goods or services, and do not provide equity, ownership, profit share, or financial return.

Project Changes

Timelines and scope may change. Contributors acknowledge this risk when making a contribution.

If the project is delayed or altered, we will communicate any material changes transparently.

• Your order/payment reference
• The date of contribution
• The reason for your refund request

We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
